Glendale Unified School District
Glendale Unified School District offers an outstanding education system:

K-12 education is one of the highest priorities within the Glendale community. The Glendale Unified School District encompasses pre-school through 12th grade. The vast majority of campuses have been honored as California Distinguished Schools or National Blue Ribbon Schools. In addition, the community offers many choices of quality parochial and independent schools.

Glendale Community College
The Glendale Community College District was created by a vote of local residents in 1927 and has boundaries that are the same as Glendale Unified School District, serving Glendale, Montrose, and La Crescenta. Glendale Community College is a comprehensive public community college open equally to all adults or high school graduates who can benefit from its programs and services. The campus now consists of 100 acres and 15 permanent buildings. It is beautifully located on the slopes of the San Rafael Mountains overlooking the valleys in the Glendale area. Presently 25,000 students attend Glendale College taught by a staff of 650 faculty.
