Advanced Development and Investment (ADI) is committed to affordable housing development in Glendale. They have completed two projects and are expected to complete two more totaling adding 249 rental units in the city.
Habitat for Humanity is currently working on its 6th project in Glendale and will provide an additional 11 units of housing.
