Grand Opening — Chipotle
After much anticipation, Chipotle Mexican Grill opened to the general public on September 18th. The 4,000 square foot restaurant located at 132 North Glendale Avenue provides area residents and employees with another great food service option. Development Services helped attract the restaurant by working closely with the property owner and brokers from CB Richard Ellis on a wide range of issues. Development Services participation at the International Conference of Shopping Centers followed by close work with Planning, GWP and Building & Safety Department helped facilitate the opening resulting in the beautiful exterior and interior finish.
