The Americana at Brand
Opened on May 1, 2008, The Americana at Brand has quickly become a regional shopping destination attracting millions of visitors throughout southern California. The 475,000 square foot lifestyle center features 75 restaurants, boutiques and specialty retailers along with 338 residential units on 15.5 acres.
The Americana at Brand will complement and result in increased traffic for the Glendale Galleria and Brand Boulevard merchants. Major retail uses include a 3,500 seat Pacific Theatre cinema, Barneys Co-op, H&M, Cheesecake Factory, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, BCBG Max Azria and Lacoste.

Developed by Caruso Affiliated at a cost of $429 million, The Americana at Brand has resulted in the creation of over 2,500 construction jobs and 1,700 permanent jobs. The project is expected to generate over $50 million in property and sales tax over 30 years.
